A space to discuss sex, self-care and how the two tie together for an overall healthier lifestyle  for men, women & all of us in between!

Founded in 2019, Sex & Self Care is a health and wellness event that covers all things pertaining to taking care of yourself and why sex shouldn’t be so taboo. Georgia is an abstinence-only state, so rather than being taught proper practices and in-depth hygiene lessons, many are taught the basics. We bridge this gap by offering free resources and more in-depth education on proper self-care, sexual health and advocacy. Because of the stigmas on talking about sex or pressures around not properly taking care of yourself, many just don’t ask. Sex & Self Care creates a space to ask those questions safely.

We host panels and discussions on topics including hygiene, identity, sex and more with doctors, therapists, self-care professionals, personal trainers and sex educators. With activities such as yoga, workouts, dance classes, free testing, a vendor marketplace and games.
